Shipping

All orders placed on tefutefulab.com are shipped from Japan.

Domestic Shipping 

Orders are typically shipped within 3–5 business days after the order is confirmed (Sagawa Express / Yamato Transport).

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination. Please refer to each product page for details.

International Shipping 

Available destinations and shipping rates are displayed at checkout. Certain products may not be available for delivery to some countries or regions.

International orders are shipped via EMS, DHL, or another available carrier, depending on the product and destination.

Any customs duties, import taxes, value-added taxes, customs clearance fees, or other charges incurred upon delivery are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

Pre-order Items

Pre-order items will be shipped according to the estimated shipping schedule stated on each product page.

Delivery Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to payment processing or customs clearance. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by these circumstances.

  

Return & Exchanges

 

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind or other personal reasons.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at contact@tefutefulab.com within 7 days of delivery, stating your order number, the item concerned, and details of the issue.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for used, damaged, or soiled items, or items with missing or damaged accessories. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if these conditions are not met.
